Often, due to convince business will have one person reporting to two bosses, and "splitting their time". Unfortunately, this practice rarely works. The staff person will become frustrated as they try to please each boss, or the bosses become angry as each believes more of their work should be done. Review your organizational structure Determine any dual reporting situations. Then make a choice, and decide whom the staff person will report primarily. Frustration will be reduced in your business.

In the Word

Jesus said, "No on can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will hold to one and despise the other..." Matthew 6:24 NASB).
