Do you ever complain about a coworker?

WRITTEN BY STEVE MARR

King Solomon instructed, "Do not testify against your neighbor without cause" (Proverbs 24:28 NIV).

When mistakes crop up at work, we may quickly cast blame on others. Next time the ball is dropped, determine the cause of the fumble and conclude how the problem can be avoided in the future. Focus on the solution, not the problem. Colleagues will be quicker to embrace a solution when they don't feel attacked. Your positive action in improving the process will also build up your team members and develop a positive, can-do attitude.

In the Word

King Solomon instructed, "Do not testify against your neighbor without cause" (Proverbs 24:28 NIV).
