Habakkuk wrote, "I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart, and I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me" (Habakkuk 2:1 NASB).

Likewise, we need to listen to what our customers are saying. Ask questions. Inquire how the product worked or if the service levels meet all expectations. Improvement is always possible, so dig deep and find those opportunities for improvement that will keep customers coming back, generating those important referrals and growing your business.

In the Word

Habakkuk wrote, "I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart, and I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me" (Habakkuk 2:1 NASB).
