When others in your company are breaking rules or failing to follow through on work, are you temped to follow suit?

Moses taught, "You shall not follow a multitude in doing evil" (Exodus 23:2 NASB).

If others come in late, be on time. If others use poor language, keep yours clean. If co-workers are sloppy in delivering good service or let quality slip, become the example of how work should be done. Your example should be the model that starts pulling everyone up rather than continuing a slide. Become a lighthouse at work by having your work ethic shine as an example for all to emulate.

In the Word

Moses taught, "You shall not follow a multitude in doing evil" (Exodus 23:2 NASB).
