Are you committed to continuously improving everything in your business?

Jesus taught, "Every branch that bears fruit, He prunes, that it may bear more fruit" (John 15:2 NASB).

A key element of growing a business is a commitment to continuously improving everything within that business. Don't just focus on the problems, but spend time pruning those parts that are bearing fruit. A fruit tree, left unpruned, will slowly bear less fruit. Take time to review one facet of your business. Then determine one action that will bring improvement. Implement that change and improve your business.

In the Word
