Do you attempt to close a sale all at once or a step at a time?

Leading the prospect through a series of questions to the final yes will close most customer buying decisions. Develop a sales presentation starting with basic questions that will almost guarantee a yes, like "If I demonstrate how my product will increase your sales, would you add my product to your inventory?" Then step-by-step lead your prospect toward giving you incremental yesses, and then ask for the business and watch sales grow.
