When hiring staff, do you wait for candidates who fit the bill?

King Solomon wrote, "Like an archer who wounds everyone, so is he who hires a fool or who hires those who pass by" (Proverbs 26:10 NASB).

Consider this example: Instead of an archer striking the competition by getting customers, the archer strikes his own team members. Ineffective people both fail to do the job and cause harm to your team. Establish your minimum job-related requirements and interview as many people as necessary to fill the position. Hiring the right team members is a huge step to your business success.
