Is there any part of your business that you have ignored lately?

King Solomon wrote, that "through indolence [avoiding work] the rafters sag, and through slackness the house leaks" (Ecclesiastes 10:18 NASB).

Unhappy customers rarely turn into a flood of lost customers overnight. Establish a system to measure every customer complaint, merchandise return or billing problem. Determine a quality standard and then measure for any decrease. Faithfully maintain your measurement records and take immediate action when problems increase -- before you notice any loss of business. Your effort in establishing a customer quality measuring system will keep your customers solid and your business from leaking.

In the Word

King Solomon wrote, that "through indolence [avoiding work] the rafters sag, and through slackness the house leaks" (Ecclesiastes 10:18 NASB).
