Do you keep staff sharp to ensure top quality every day?

Maintaining top quality requires vigilance from each team member. Send out reminders of customer specification, and review old training material. Everyone may forget details easily over time. Encourage good work, and watch carefully for any quality slippage, and don't assume everyone will keep quality top flight without checking up and giving reminders. Your reminders will keep quality top rate and customers happy.
