Are you ever tempted to fire off a nasty memo to a co-worker?

Proverbs states, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1 NASB).
Co-workers will make mistakes, lose customers, or treat others badly. If we fire off a nasty response, we create two negatives. First, we pour gasoline on the fire by ratcheting up the conflict. Next, a smoking gun is created that could shoot back at you in the future. Many embarrassing memos were written in anger. Stick to the facts, be objective, and look for solutions, not fights, to improve your business.
