When opportunities come by, do you make the most of them?

King Solomon wrote, "He who gathers in summer... acts wisely, but he who sleeps in harvest...acts shamefully" (Proverbs 10:5 NASB).

Some business will be seasonal, or active on weekends or at particular times of the day. Plan carefully to take full advantage of these busy times. Plan vacations or rest time when business is slower. Plan your paperwork or deferrable tasks to less busy times, which then allows you to serve customers. Your careful planning and commitment to strike when the iron is hot will allow you to make the most of each opportunity.

In the Word

King Solomon wrote, "He who gathers in summer... acts wisely, but he who sleeps in harvest...acts shamefully" (Proverbs 10:5 NASB).
