If you are attacked by your boss, and you're sure you're right, calmly hold your ground. The calmness you exhibit will be convicting and convincing. Stick to the facts; avoid stating what you feel, but state objectively your position and why you are correct. Remember, the final word and decision belongs to the boss, but your coolness will be more convincing than your words. Stay cool for accomplishment!
