When a customer makes a request, do you follow through quickly?

A king gave an order and said, "You shall do the matter quickly. But the Levites did not act quickly" (2 Chronicles 24:5 NASB).

Customers will request little extras or want a service problem rectified. Respond and act quickly. A delay in correcting a service failure will cause the customer to fume and allow anger to grow. Providing the extra request long after it was due will spoil any goodwill that could have been earned. To earn repeat business, listen, act on customer requests quickly, and follow through.

In the Word
