When communicating key issues to your company, do you publicize everything at one time?

Nehemiah needed to impart information, so "all the people gathered as one man" (Nehemiah 8:1 NASB).

Often, important announcements dribble out piecemeal. Effective communicators learn to plan ahead and schedule a time to meet with staff, issue a key memo, or make an important announcement, so everyone gets the word together. Then no one feels left out or insignificant. Gossip is avoided, and your important message will have maximum impact. Planning effective communication of key company information will improve interaction with staff and result in effective business communication.

In the Word

Nehemiah needed to impart information, so "all the people gathered as one man" (Nehemiah 8:1 NASB).
