Are you able to stay focused on key tasks?

King David wrote that he was "surely distracted" (Psalm 55:2 NASB).

Losing focus and going from one thing to the other is a constant challenge. Even great leaders like King David struggle. Each day, write down three key tasks you want completed, and maintain your focus. When new work comes along, ask, "Is this truly more important then what is on my plate right now?" If not, stay on track. Learn to not wander, and watch your progress knock out those key projects that will make a difference in your business.
