Are you embarrassed about the current level of customer service in your company?

Nehemiah told the people, "Let us rebuild...that we may no longer be a reproach" (Nehemiah 2:17 NASB).

If you are not proud of every product you produce and every service you dispense, you can change. Establish a vision for your staff; outline the current realistic level of service, and how you want improvement in the future. Then institute a plan, and communicate that plan to your staff. Hold each person accountable for her or his part. Steady progress will come, attitudes will improve, and customers will be delighted with the improvement.

In the Word

Nehemiah told the people, "Let us rebuild...that we may no longer be a reproach" (Nehemiah 2:17 NASB).
