When major problems hit your business, are you direct with staff?

Nehemiah told the people, "You see the bad situation we are in" (Nehemiah 2:17 NASB).

He went on to explain clearly the difficulties and the obstacles to be overcome. When challenges hit you, be open and honest with your staff. Stress that you are in a bad situation. Outline the problem, propose solutions, and then ask for help. Everyone will understand the problem and their part and will work together to fix the mess. Clearly outline the problem and your solution, and be amazed as everyone works together for success.

In the Word
