When bad news hits your business, do you surrender or keep going?

Every businessperson will have bad days and suffer major blows: a lost customer, production problems, or staff issues. The key is how you react. Don't be a sad sack. Identify what went wrong and the effect on the business. Then plan a method of correcting the situation in the future. One problem is rarely devastating to a business, but repeating the same problem is often fatal. Don't let blows crush you; learn from each and improve your business.
