Do you deliver messages faithfully to staff and customers?

Scripture relates, "They delivered the king's edicts" (Ezra 8:36 NASB).

Managers are given communication to pass on to staff or customers. As a manager, your role is not to pass judgment, filter, or otherwise not deliver company messages. Deliver each message faithfully. Be supportive of the policy, and never make sarcastic comments nor otherwise invite ridicule. If you disagree, talk privately with your boss. Follow through and implement any requirements. Delivering key messages will improve communication, company effectiveness, and your leadership.
