Scripture states, "Woe to you when all men speak well of you" (Luke 6:26 NASB).

No business is perfect, and receiving honest, candid feedback is vital to improving customer service. Ninety-nine percent of unhappy customers never complain; they just leave. Encourage customers to give you the straight scoop; don't be defensive or argue when a complaint is received. Listen well, write down the issue, and resolve the service failure. Other customers likely have suffered from the same problem. Seek out constructive customer criticism. Then apply the lesson for success.
