Do you delegate key responsibilities or try to do everything yourself?

Paul instructed Titus, "Appoint elders in every city as I directed" (Titus 1:5 NASB).

Paul knew Titus could not accomplish everything quickly or successfully himself, nor could he run every church in the area. When evaluating a large project or new venture, determine the management staff required to achieve the necessary results. Then build a quality team to help you reach the goal. Remember, you can't oversee everything yourself. Determine the need, hire the right staff, and delegate key responsibilities to grow your business quickly for success.

In the Word

Paul instructed Titus, "Appoint elders in every city as I directed" (Titus 1:5 NASB).
