Are you available to serve your customers?

WRITTEN BY STEVE MARR

The Lord spoke and said "When I called why was there none to answer?" (Isaiah 50:2 NAS)

When a customer speaks, are you available to listen? Customer require, and deserve a response to service failures. Treat each complaint as an opportunity to improve service, and solidify your customer relationships. Nothing is more frustrating than not receiving an answer to a problem. Be available, answer the phone, respond to that letter, don't hide from angry customers. They still pay your salary. When a customer calls, answer.

In the Word

The Lord spoke and said "When I called why was there none to answer?" (Isaiah 50:2 NAS)
