When hiring staff, are you careful to interview and choose people who clearly fit the job needs?

Jesus said, "You didn't choose me. I chose you" (John 15:16 NLT).

Most people we interview will believe they want the job. The reality is that most will not be happy and content long term if hired. During interviews, be comprehensive in reviewing the skills and competencies of each person. Dig deeply and develop an understanding of each applicant. Interview as many people as necessary to find that right person that you know will fit well with you and your business long term. Your diligence in hiring benefits each new employee, as much as strengthening your business.

In the Word

Jesus said, "You didn't choose me. I chose you" (John 15:16 NLT).
