Have you ever been tempted to give the customer a little less and try to charge a little more?

The prophet Amos wrote that some wanted "to make the bushel smaller and the shekel bigger" (Amos 8:5 NASB).

Today, many companies look for ways to cut a little corner in customer service or product quality, hoping the customer won't notice. Others, may bump up the cost without improvement just to buff the bottom line. Over time, however, your customers will notice, and like a leaky faucet will drain your business one drop at a time. Keep delivering top value to your customers and build your sales volume.

In the Word

The prophet Amos wrote that some wanted "to make the bushel smaller and the shekel bigger" (Amos 8:5 NASB).
