Many managers of secular organizations are concerned with imposing a personal belief on non-Christians in the workplace. Valid business questions to ask for eliminating alcoholic beverages from company sponsored events are: Are cocktails a good use of shareholder funds? Do we want to accept liability for any alcohol related accidents from staff leaving a party? Make the courageous decision, eliminate alcoholic beverages from company. The company will save money, avoid liability, sand workers will arrive the next morning with clearer heads.
