Do you feel you can cut corners with your customers?

WRITTEN BY STEVE MARR

Scripture proclaims,"Assuredly, the evil man will not go unpunished" (Proverbs 4:11 NASB).

If we cut quality or service levels, or break customer commitments, we have engaged in an evil act. We may think we can get by, and the customer won't notice or will accept our deficiency. However, we will pay a price in lost repeat business and customer referrals. The most effective advertising for many businesses is word of mouth. Former customers are either your best or your worst advertisers. Good work draws new business, while the market punishes poor delivery.

In the Word
