Do you allow staff to drift away from the most important tasks?

WRITTEN BY STEVE MARR

Scripture relates, "We must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it" (Hebrews 2:1 NASB).

Staff will easily drift away from key work. Clearly identify the key projects for each staff member. During meetings, follow up and validate that satisfactory progress is being made on key points. If not, refocus the person immediately, and say that you will follow up by a certain date. Maintain this practice, and staff will not drift and will complete key missions successfully.

In the Word

Scripture relates, "We must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it" (Hebrews 2:1 NASB).
