Do you empower staff you have asked to represent you?

WRITTEN BY STEVE MARR
WEDNESDAY, 3 MARCH 2010

Paul wrote, "If you regard me as a partner, accept him as you would me" (Philemon 17 NASB).

You can't be everywhere, so you must train staff members to effectively represent you. Train and instruct team members well, and your staff will become an extension of your effectiveness. Then you, as Paul demonstrated, can send staff out confidently to represent you. Delegate responsibility and decisions. You cannot grow as a manager unless you raise up team members as effective as yourself. Your business will explode as you reproduce a great staff.

In the Word

Paul wrote, "If you regard me as a partner, accept him as you would me" (Philemon 17 NASB).
