Jesus said, "If any man has ears to hear, let him hear" (Mark 7:16 NASB).
When we fail to listen effectively, we cut off our future personal growth. Much of what we have learned, from school to our current job knowledge, is a result of listening. How much we continue to grow will depend on how much and how well we listen. Drop your papers, and look the person in the eye. Don't lose focus. Repeat back what you heard to ensure you understood the message. Your leadership will improve.
