Do you listen effectively to your staff?

Christ said, "If any man has ears to hear, let him hear" (Mark 7:16 NASB).
We must develop the habit of effectively listening to staff. The further removed we are from manufacturing or customer service, the more effective listeners we must become to avoid losing touch. Don't allow your ego, pride, or know-it-all attitude to close your ears. Most menu items at Chili's restaurant are suggested by field managers, and the restaurant is experiencing excellent growth. Learn to listen well to staff in order to promote increased growth.
