Do you listen well to your customers?

Jesus said, "If any man has ears to hear, let him hear" (Mark 7:16 NASB).
Customers will send us messages, some direct and some subtle. When a customer raises a concern or issue, listen carefully and completely. Ask follow-up questions, and ensure you understand the customer's perspective. The 3M company, well known for innovative ideas and product improvement, gets most of its ideas from customer complaints. Learn to treat customer complaints as an opportunity for your improvement. Your products will improve and so will business.
